Is OurMeetingTime free?
Yes, it's completely free. Nobody needs to sign up, neither the organizer nor the people answering.
Do participants need an account?
No. They open the link, type their name, and mark when they're free. That's it.
How is it different from When2meet?
It works the same simple way: share a link and everyone marks their times. On top of that you get clear guidance for first-time users, three answers (available, if needed, not sure), automatic time zone conversion for each person, suggested best times that fit your meeting length, one-click calendar export, a design that works on phones, and English and Chinese.
How does time zone conversion work?
Each person's time zone is detected automatically, and they can change it. People mark times in their own local time, and the results are converted for everyone else.
Can I add the final time to my calendar?
Yes. Once the organizer confirms a time, anyone can add it to Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook in one click, including the meeting link or address.
Can I change my answer later?
Yes. Open the event link and click Edit next to your name.
Who can see my event?
Anyone who has the link can see the event and the names and times people entered, so please don't include sensitive information. Events nobody has used for 12 months are deleted automatically.
